How I Work
I center collaboration, curiosity, and care. I honor the timelines of spirit and land, not just deadlines. Every engagement is co-shaped and custom-designed. Sliding scale and reparative rates available for Indigenous, Black, People of the Global South, and community-rooted projects.
-
We are storied beings. I support Culture Bearers, artists, and mission-driven groups to clarify their narratives, honor cultural memory, and tell stories that move hearts and shift systems.
Ideal for: narrative design, storytelling frameworks, and storytelling cohort design.
-
Creating sacred space in professional settings. I facilitate gatherings that foster healing, clarity, and transformation—from community circles to institutional retreats. I also co-design values-rooted curriculum that blends cultural knowledge, activations, and participatory learning.
Ideal for: fellowship programs, cohort design, community dialogues, staff retreats. -
Designing future-aligned roadmaps with soul. I work with teams to co-create strategic frameworks, organizational visions, and implementation plans rooted in values, community knowledge, and emergent possibility.
Ideal for: strategic planning, retreat facilitation, theory of change development.
-
We treat program design as a living practice—one that listens deeply, adapts to collective rhythms, and nurtures sustainable ecosystems of care. Grounded in ancestral frameworks and community-centered learning, our approach weaves liberatory pedagogy, cultural context, and creative strategy to cultivate programs that are as visionary as they are rooted.
Ideal for: Cohort-based learning models, equity-informed grantmaking programs, fellowships, creative leadership pipelines, emergent curriculum development, and ritual-centered educational design.
